MEMBERSHIP
A vetted, controlled-access network.
Transglobal Intel Net membership is restricted to qualified professionals operating in investigations, intelligence, enforcement, legal, and compliance disciplines, accepted under the firm’s vetting framework and bound by its conduct standards. The network is not open and not promotional.
Membership exists to support coordinated cross-border work between qualified practitioners. It provides access to the firm’s gated reference environment, briefing library, and coordination channels. It does not confer agency, employment, or representation; members act in their own right under their own licences and obligations.
STRUCTURE
Three components.
01
Eligibility & Vetting Framework
The qualifying conditions, professional standards, and verification steps applied to every applicant before access is granted.
02
Apply
The structured application pathway, including identification, professional verification, conduct attestation, and conflict screening.
03
Member Portal
The gated environment for confirmed members. Access is personal, non-transferable, and subject to continued compliance.
STANDARD
What membership requires — and what it confers.
Vetted
All applicants are subject to identity verification, professional-licence and credential checks, sanctions and adverse-media screening, and conflict review prior to acceptance.
Conduct-bound
Members accept the firm’s Acceptable Use Policy, Permissible Purpose Attestation framework, and Code of Conduct as the standing terms of access. Breach is grounds for suspension or termination.
Discretionary
Membership is granted at the firm’s discretion. The firm declines applicants whose practice, conduct history, or jurisdictional posture is inconsistent with the network’s standard. No appeal lies as of right against a decision to decline.
Reviewed
Membership is reviewed periodically. Material change in an applicant’s licence, conduct status, or sanctioning posture must be disclosed and may require re-vetting.
Membership is not advertised, marketed, or sold. The firm does not solicit applications and does not publish member directories outside the gated environment. Recognised practitioners with a substantive cross-border practice may apply on the standard pathway.
