Membership — Authenticated Access Required

Member Portal

Vetted-member environment for the Proprietary Intelligence Platform. Layered capability, controlled access, audited use.

Conditions of Access

Use of this portal is restricted to vetted members in good standing. All activity is conditional on a current Permissible Purpose Attestation, the firm’s Acceptable Use Policy, the published Standards & Governance framework, and the Eligibility & Vetting requirements. Activity is logged. Misuse results in revocation and, where applicable, referral.

Platform Layers

Capability is organised across four layers. Each layer carries a distinct access condition. Members interact directly with Layer 1 and Layer 2. Layer 3 is provisioned at the engagement level. Layer 4 is internal.

Layer 1 · Reference

Open to all members

Briefings, jurisdictional guidance, methodology framing, and the structured request channel. Reference only — no live capability is exposed at this layer.

Layer 2 · Investigative

Vetted members, matter-bound

Public-records, registry, identity, sanctions, and OSINT surfaces. Provisioned per matter, with attestation, jurisdictional review, and audit logging.

Layer 3 · Intelligence

Engagement-authorised

Entity resolution, ownership-graph reconstruction, longitudinal monitoring, geospatial pattern analysis, and analytic tradecraft. Scoped under written engagement terms.

Layer 4 · Internal

Firm-internal only

Source management, closed-environment collection, and counter-intelligence posture. Not surfaced to members. Outputs delivered as finished product only.

Capability Categories

Capability is described at category level. Specific tools, databases, sources, and methodologies are not disclosed in member-facing materials. The access column indicates the layer at which each category is provisioned.

How Members Interact

  • Reference access is available on authentication. No tasking is required.
  • Investigative access requires a matter to be opened, conflict-cleared, and an attestation completed. Provisioning is time-bound.
  • Intelligence-tier work is requested through the Member Portal request channel and is then assessed against scope, lawful basis, jurisdictional review, and resource availability before written engagement terms are issued.
  • Internal-tier capability is not requestable. Where it contributes to a matter, the contribution is delivered as finished product; the underlying operation remains undisclosed.

Member Channels

Open a Matter

Initiate a structured matter intake, conflict check, and permissible-purpose attestation prior to provisioning.

Submit a Request

Bind a Layer 2 query or a Layer 3 tasking request to an authorized matter via the structured request channel.

Briefings

Member-restricted intelligence briefings, jurisdiction notes, and methodology framing under the firm’s standards.

Member Directory

Restricted directory of members in good standing. Visibility is reciprocal and consent-based.

Standards Anchor

All platform activity is subject to the firm’s Standards & Governance, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the Eligibility & Vetting Framework. Access may be suspended or revoked where conditions are not met. Records of use are retained under the firm’s records-management policy and may be disclosed where lawfully required.

Specific tools, databases, sources, and capability indices are not disclosed in member-facing materials. Operational detail is provided to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis at the engagement level only.

Capability Briefing — Controlled Intake

Vetted members may submit a structured capability-briefing request through the controlled intake instrument. Submissions are reviewed prior to acceptance. Tier II (Sponsored / Complex) requests are routed to a separate review queue.
